Coffee Shop Cakes
If you love those loaf cake or thick coffee cake slices at your favorite coffee shop this class is for you! Learn how to take one recipe and morph it into a number of delicious pound cake options. In class we will make a moist, tender, lemony pound cake along with a lemon syrup to brush on our fresh baked cake and finish the cake off with a lemon glaze. We will also make a fruit streusel coffee cake. Class includes additional recipes for turning both master recipes into other flavor combinations.
