Beginning Tai Chi: Grasping the Sparrow's Tail

All students of Beginning Tai Chi are required to complete Section One of the solo form, before advancing to the Continuing class.

Dennis has a deep understanding of Tai Chi and he is great at teaching it to others. He takes the time to explain the purpose of the moves so it's easier to learn them. The classes have a comfortable atmosphere and he's happy to answer questions.
